You can cancel your Lollyo Personal Cloud Subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your Lollyo Personal Cloud Subscription before it renews for a subsequent year in order to avoid being charged for the next year's Subscription Fee. If you cancel your Subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current yearly Lollyo Personal Cloud Subscription period.
If you choose to cancel your Lollyo Personal Cloud subscription and want a refund, you may do so within 14 days from when you received your receipt without giving any reason. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14-day period has expired. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED AFTER THE 14 DAYS DEADLINE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED AFTER THE 14 DAYS PERIOD. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Lollyo Personal Cloud Subscription until the end of the yearly billing cycle.
